Declare any bets, or series of bets, void, whether settled or unsettled;

Multiple participations in the same free bet campaign from the same device/household are prohibited. Where multiple participations in the same free bet campaign from the same device/household are detected, the free bet/promotion will be forfeited and any funds on the player's account may be frozen.
Royal Panda reserves the right to reject multiple participations in the same free bet/promotion campaign from the same IP address in the event that Royal Panda suspects fraud is being perpetrated. In this case, the player(s) will no longer be eligible to participate in the free bet/promotion and any funds on their player account(s) may be frozen.

The standard wagering requirement for bonus money is 35 times the initial bonus amount received when playing casino games.
Any money won using bonus money will be added to the player’s bonus balance. Upon the player meeting the wagering requirement for a given promotion, any money won using that bonus money will also be released.

Bonus abuse will result in the suspension and/or closing of the player’s account.
Wagers are deducted from the player’s cash balance first. If no cash balance is available, the player’s bonus balance will be used.
If the player decides to withdraw money before reaching the wagering requirement, any relevant bonus money, including any possible bonus winnings, will be returned to Royal Panda. If Royal Panda decides that a particular player is no longer eligible for promotions/bonuses, Royal Panda may exclude a player from the bonus program without providing further reasons or explanation for exclusion.
In the event that no end date is specified, Royal Panda promotions will automatically conclude after 90 days from the date they are first made available. Unless stated otherwise, any remaining bonus funds for which the player has not yet met the wagering requirement, will automatically expire after 90 days from the point they are awarded.
Royal Panda reserves the right to cancel, change and/or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Royal Panda reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and any possible profits if any of Royal Panda’s terms and conditions are breached. Any player who breaches these terms may be held responsible for any costs incurred by Royal Panda as a result of that breach.
Royal Panda may confiscate funds from the player's balance to make up for losses incurred due to the breach of any of Royal Panda’s terms and conditions.
Royal Panda reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke bonuses that may have been obtained by misuse of the system.
Employees of Royal Panda and members of their families are prohibited from participating in promotions organized by Royal Panda. Affiliated companies, their employees, and their employees’ families are also prohibited from entering promotions organized by Royal Panda. The player can exclude themselves from receiving Royal Panda’s promotions at any time by submitting a request to customer service. This action can be undone at any time simply by contacting customer service again.
Royal Panda’s terms and conditions for promotions are available in several languages for information purposes. However, it is the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between the player and Royal Panda. In case of a discrepancy emerging between an English version and a non-English version of the terms and conditions for promotions, the English version shall prevail.
In the interest of fair gaming and fraud prevention, casino game wagers placed using bonus money are subject to a maximum bet per game round limit. The maximum bet permitted when playing with bonus money is $7.50, €7.00, £5.00, or its equivalent in another currency.
