10bet has been in existence for 20-plus years, slowly expanding across the globe, and currently offer their services on three continents. And yet, in the UK, it’s still a relative unknown, grouped together with new betting sites.
Owners Water Tree Limited claim to have millions of active bettors worldwide and they should perhaps have a bigger market share than they do in the UK.
You are unlikely to find another online bookmaker that gives punters the chance to earn so many free bets on such a variety of sports and so regularly.
The promotions are backed up by an excellent desktop site, full of useful features, a dedicated 10bet app and some competitive pricing, leaving them in a position to challenge some of the more established betting sites.
My biggest issue with 10bet is the welcome offer.
If you use casino sites, you’ll be familiar with offers similar to 10bet’s 100% deposit bonus, which has a maximum value of £50.
Enter the 10bet bonus code SPORT when making your initial deposit to be eligible for a bonus, which will be credited to your account as soon as your deposit has cleared.
A £50 bonus is a great way to boost your betting bankroll, but that bonus comes with strings attached.
Before you can withdraw any winnings, you’ll need to wager both your qualifying deposit and bonus a total of eight times, either on singles with minimum odds of 4/5 (1.8) or on accumulator bets where each selection is priced at 2/5 or greater.
Wagering demands for sportsbook welcome offers are very uncommon and the make-up of 10Bet’s sign-up offer will put off some punters, meaning they could miss out on all the better parts of the bookmaker, who don’t apply wagering requirements to other offers.
10bet punters have plenty of opportunities to earn free bets. While conducting my review, there were eight free bet offers available on a variety of sports, including football and horse racing.
Regular tennis, cricket, golf, greyhounds and table tennis bettors can also enjoy a reward for regularly using 10bet, with the free bet offers updated monthly.
The free bets more than make up for a lack of odds boosts and early payouts that are absent from 10Bet, but don’t detract from the user experience.
10bet are eager to make their mark as one of the best football betting sites and run two offers to help push their case.
The first is a bet X, get Y in free bets offer. At the time of this review, punters were required to wager £75 on football to get a £10 free in-play bet.
The initial outlay might seem a little steep for some bettors, who will need to place bets on specific markets at odds of evens in the space of a week to qualify.
However, given this offer is refreshed every seven days, if you are regularly betting £75 a week on football, it seems silly not to be rewarded for it.
10bet’s other offer that football punters are likely to enjoy is their acca boost. Winning accumulators of three legs or more will receive an increased payout in cash, depending on the number of selections.
Winning trebles will receive a 5% bonus, while if you manage to land an accumulator featuring 14 legs or more, you’ll receive a 100% boost, up to a maximum payout of £5000.
All selections in a qualifying acca need to have odds of 1/2 or greater and there are no wagering requirements attached to any bonus payment.
10bet’s accumulator profit boost is available on several sports, including horse racing, so racing punters can enjoy a bonus on any successful multiples they piece together.
There’s also a £5 free bet on offer each week when you wager £40 or more on racing. All selections will need to be evens or greater to qualify.
That free bet offer runs every week, but like the best horse racing betting sites, there are more free bets up for grabs during the big festivals.
10bet’s Cheltenham betting offers in the past have included offering bettors £10 in free bets if a certain horse wins a race, or if the victor is trained by a certain William Mullins.
Free bets help to make up for 10bet not being a best odds guaranteed bookmaker, or offering other promotions like extra place races.
The free bet offers keep coming from 10bet with punters able to claim a £5 free bet, or £6 in the case of cricket, by wagering £40 on selected sports.
Just head to the 10bet offers page and see which sports are available at the time. Tennis, golf, cricket and greyhounds tend to be permanently on the promo page and the free bets are available weekly or monthly.
Darts, table tennis and other sports have found themselves the subject of free bet offers too so it’s worth regularly checking to see what’s on the promo page.
Be sure to check whether it’s a £5 free bet or a £5 free live bet which must be used in-play as the rewards can vary from sport-to-sport.
10bet has a dedicated in-play betting section which is well-served with a range of sports to bet on live.
I checked the 10Bet in-play section on several occasions while conducting my review and there were regularly 80-plus events available to bet on, all with a decent selection of markets.
The biggest choice of markets came with football games, where you also have the option to create a bet builder in play.
Some sports, particularly football and tennis, carry live stat packs and pitch graphics to enhance the experience. US sports give you live win probabilities for selected markets to help you make an informed decision.
Where 10bet falls down among live betting sites is the lack of live streaming.
You can live stream all UK and Irish racing, as well as selected cards from around the world, and greyhound races. However, there was no visible option to live stream football or other sports.

10bet ranks among the best bet builder sites for those who enjoy using the tool to wager on football.
Unfortunately, football is the only sport covered by 10bet’s bet builder feature at this time, but they aren’t the only betting site that’s yet to expand their reach into other sports.
We did find that bet builders are available on nearly every football league and competition covered on 10bet, who allow you to combine up to 10 legs from a single match into one bet.
By clicking the bet builder tab at the top of a match market page, you’ll be taken to a new page where you can start to build your bet. Selections are added to your bet slip, and the price is updated as you combine more bets.
You can also place bet builders in play on football, although the choice of markets is much smaller.

10bet has dedicated betting apps for both iOS and Android users, although it has proven more popular among Apple customers.
The 10bet app scores 3.5 out of 5 on the App Store, and bettors praise how easy it is to navigate and the customer service they received.
Complaints about the app centred on frustrations with cash out and how slow it was to move from page to page. In my experience, the app did lag a little when navigating its various sections but it wasn’t a major issue.
Everything you can find on the desktop site is available on the 10bet mobile app with the exception of the promotions page, which is a little frustrating.
10bet have previously offered free bets to punters who wager using the app so staying informed of the latest promos would be useful.

10bet have received praise from punters for their friendly and helpful customer service, which is available to contact via several methods.
There’s live chat, email and telephone services available to speak to a member of staff and we found our queries were answered quickly on live chat.
One thing to note is that the live chat or phone are not open 24/7. However, live chat is available 8am to 1am daily, with the phone lines manned 8am to 11pm seven days a week.
There’s also a large help section to look through, although it could benefit from a search bar to help find the answers you are looking for quickly.
Punters should also keep in mind responsible gambling practices, making sure they treat betting as a form of entertainment, and 10bet do a good job reinforcing that message.
There are various links to 10bet’s responsible gambling section, where you will find lots of useful information on how to stay in control of your betting, including providing links to various gambling support organisations.
10bet also provide punters with various tools to help them keep a check on their gambling, including deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion.

Regular free bets are few and far between on betting sites, let alone free bets covering a variety of sports. That’s the unique selling point of 10bet and a pretty good reason to open an account with them.
But that’s not the only reason to sign up, though, with 10bet also offering an accumulator promotion that covers multiple sports and an excellent in-play service.
I found 10Bet were above average for the range of markets they have available and the competitiveness of their odds too.
I also liked that they have stat packs on every match from any sport you can think of, helping with that pre-bet homework. The range of payment options are good too.
A few refinements would help enhance 10Bet’s product, such as a smoother app experience and some live streaming options, while the welcome bonus may need a rethink.
However, overall, 10Bet is a good entry onto the growing list of online betting sites and our nomination for the title of king of the free bet.
The minimum bet stake is £0.10.
Use the search bar located in the upper left corner of the website to search for a specific event.
