The Leafs (21-12-8, sixth in the Eastern Conference) roll into Edmonton having lost three in a row, looking uninspired of late. This is the first of a four-game road trip. The team has posted an 11-3-6 record so far this season on the road.

The Oilers are rolling – ten wins in a row, a franchise record. During that streak Edmonton has outscored their opponents 40-17. They’re eighth in the Western Conference (23-15-1, 47 points).
