Prontobet hit the sports betting NZ scene in 2023 and quickly became one of the more popular bookies in the country.

It holds a Curacao gaming licence and I found the site to be safe and secure while conducting my review. 

I spent hours on Prontobet before writing this review, and I immediately noticed the fun and exciting approach the site takes to online betting.

Unlike some cricket betting sites, Prontobet offer odds on multiple competitions, from U19 events in India, T20 club games and top-level Test matches. I also found a number of international games in the in-play betting section.

As with other sports, there are no specific cricket promotions, but Prontobet offers 10% cashback on daily losses to all bettors. 

This means you can enjoy a day of cricket betting and recoup some of your losses if you have a bad day at the office. 

The amount will be rounded to the nearest dollar, and there is no wagering requirement with the bonus funds.

There are no specific horse racing promotions at Prontobet. However, the Combo Boost and Daily Cashback promotions mentioned above are both valid for horse racing bettors.

In-Play Betting Options & Features

Prontobet puts a huge emphasis on in-play betting, with dozens of markets available across over 10 sports. 

To find the latest live odds, head to the Live Sports tab at the top of the page. You’ll then see live odds from each event, broken up by different sports.

There’s also a tab along the left hand side of your screen that allows you to filter the events by sport. This makes it a handy tool if you only want to see odds on certain sports.

I also noticed the streaming toggle at the top right of the menu. Once selected, you’ll only be shown odds for events that are available for live streaming. 

This is a great way to immerse yourself in the action while betting on it.

Same-Game Multi

Same-Game Multis, or bet builders, are extremely popular at Prontobet, and very easy to place.

To make a bet, all you need to do is look for the bet builder tab on any upcoming match. From there you’ll be shown a list of the different bet types, divided up by the most popular. 

Simply choose your selections and add it to the betslip. You’ll then be shown the total odds on the bottom of the ticket. 

Bet builders at Prontobet can have up to 30 selections, but all must win for the bet to be successful.
