Big Brother Betting: Latest Odds On Who Will Win 2024 Contest

The Big Brother final is just hours away, but betting sites already appear to have decided who is winning the show.

There is a short-priced favourite on betting sites to scoop the £90,000 prize pot, which is down £10,000 from the initial £100,000 after housemate Segun won the five-figure sum during a task.

As well the series finale to look forward to, it's a good time to be a Big Brother fan.

ITV confirmed on Thursday evening that Big Brother will return for a third series on the channel next year, marking 25 years of the show in the UK, and there will be a second season of Celebrity Big Brother in the spring.

For now, it's all about ITV's current second Big Brother series and who will win out of the six finalists - Nathan, Ali, Emma, Marcello, Hanah and Segun.

Ali's To Lose

Ahead of Friday night's live final, Ali is very much the frontrunner.

The forensic psychologist began the week as a 4/5 chance, but punters have piled into the housemate as the week progressed and she secured a place in the finale.

Speaking in the Diary Room on Thursday night's episode, Ali said: "I'm so happy that I get to say I've experienced every possible day in the Big Brother house.

"I would love to win, but you've got to manage your expectations.

"I'm a realist and I know where I am and I know who I'm up against, and I know the parts of me that are not as fun or as accessible as other housemates.

"I think whoever wins now will be a deserving winner. [Whispers] But vote for me."

While she doesn't realise it, Ali may not need to manage her expectations too much, as the star is best priced 4/11 with Betfred to triumph, and her nearest competition has drifted in the market.

Marcello has been there or thereabouts near the top of the market for a couple of weeks, but it's Ali and Emma who have mostly swapped favouritism in that time.

But Marcello looks set to head into the final as the clear second favourite.

He is currently 9/2 with William Hill, after his price grew from 7/2 this week.

Emma And Hanah Have It All To Do

Emma has flirted with the top of the outright market on specials betting sites in the last few weeks, but it looks unlikely she will win the series.

The aesthetics business owner is out to 10/1 with Bet365, from 9/1 earlier this week, to triumph.

Her best pal Hanah has also drifted in the market, to 14/1 with most UK bookmakers, from 10/1 at the beginning of the week.

However, Hanah had plenty of airtime on Thursday night's episode.

Viewers may have thought this year's potential Big Brother romance was over when Nathan's romantic interest Baked Potato (Rosie) was evicted, but housemates have been commenting on Hanah and Segun's flirty behaviour in recent days.

Segun To Make Do With 10k

However, it doesn't appear to have done either any favours in terms of their chances of winning the show.

Segun looks set to be denied the opportunity to add to his £10,000 winnings in Friday night's finale. He is a massive 50/1 to win the series, and it would be one of the biggest reality TV shocks of all time if he was to triumph.

Both Segun and Nathan were 35/1 on betting apps at the beginning of the week, but their prices have gone in opposite directions.

While Segun is now propping up the outright market alone, some money has come for Nathan. He is into 20/1, but it is tough ask for him to win the series.
