I had been waiting for Cercene to run again as she had been pulled out a couple of times since that promising debut run and it was certainly worth the wait.
She came from an unpromising position to run them down at Naas last month and is a filly with plenty of potential.
She should relish stretching out to a mile and while this is clearly tougher going from maiden company to a Group race, I think that is a sign they think a fair bit of her too.
I'd make her shorter than a 6/1 chance so I think that represents decent value.

There are two horses heading here on a hat-trick and I think they are the pair to fight this out.
I'm keen to side with Balmoral Lady who put them to the sword in deep ground at Windsor last time.
Despite carrying a penalty, if she is in the same form she should take a lot of beating under Saffie Osborne.
Fletcher's Flight must be respected as he has won over C&D in the past and has won three of his last four now, so is also at the top of his game.

I definitely wouldn't judge Sapphire Valley too harshly on that recent fourth at Chelmsford.
He just looked to go off too hard and that made him vulnerable in the closing stages, eventually finishing fourth.
He had impressed winning readily on debut at Wolverhampton prior to that and given time can get back on the upgrade here.
He is by Blue Point and has potential to do much better so worth keeping on side.
Velvet Whisper is the obvious danger.
