Stevenage Vs Cambridge, Tuesday, 7:45pm
After Saturday's shipwreck, a full calendar of midweek league games for fans of the EFL means an immediate chance to make amends.
It's to League One I'll be going fishing for both selections in this latest double, with all 24 teams in action on a helter-skelter Tuesday night.
Clear leaders Birmingham City are tempting at home to unpredictable Bolton Wanderers, while Lincoln City were also close to getting the vote as they head to Crawley at a time when the hosts are on an awful run of form.
Hopefully, tonight's two selections can help this column get back on the winning track.

Hopefully though, these two teams are the ones to be with to quickly and successfully rediscover the winning thread.
A relatively tricky start to the season for Stevenage boss Alex Revell has been usurped by a much more settled sequence of performances.
The Hertfordshire outfit have proved hard to score against of late, in a spell where on-loan keeper Murphy Cooper has kept five clean sheets in his last seven appearances.
The 22-year-old QPR man impressed when borrowed by Swindon last season, and he's continued to make a name for himself this time around, excelling for a side who now find themselves in 10th, eight points off top spot after 11 games.
Cooper proved unbeatable as his colleagues dug in for a spirited 1-0 away success thanks to Jake Young's strike at high-flying Mansfield Town on Saturday.
It was a win which will add to the feel-good factor following recent consecutive home victories against Wrexham, Charlton and Barnsley, all of which arrived without conceding.
Tonight's home fixture against 23rd-placed Cambridge looks a great opportunity for more of the same, as well as a chance to win four home fixtures on the bounce for the first time since August last year.
Stevenage are looking to win their six successive league game against tonight's opponents.
Tom Lee's Panel Tip 1: Stevenage To Beat Cambridge - 8/11 With 10Bet
Burton Albion Vs Wycombe Wanderers, Tuesday, 7:45pm
For the double we're headed to Staffordshire and Burton Albion's Pirelli Stadium, where hopefully an away win is brewing as Wycombe Wanderers come calling in a match which pits 24th against third in the table.
Wanderers are 10/11 on betting apps to get the win.
Wycombe helped a recent winning wager for this column when grabbing a late goal at Bristol Rovers and they are going great guns under head coach Matt Bloomfield.
Since that day in Bristol, his side has gone on to take seven points from a possible nine in October.
It's notable they've scored 20 so far, identical to leaders Birmingham and will travel to struggling Burton without a defeat in the league for more than two months.
In fact, only two teams have beaten so far this season and they are the two sides above them in the table - Birmingham and Wrexham both won by a one-goal margin.
By contrast, Burton leak like a sieve. They have lost five in a row, including Saturday's 2-1 reverse at Bolton, and they are without a clean sheet since August.
Wycombe will kick themselves if they can't take advantage.
Tom Lee's Panel Tip 2: Wycombe To Win At Burton - 10/11 With Ladbrokes
Tom's double on Stevenage and Wycombe pays almost 23/10 with William Hill
