Best UFC Betting Sites Reviewed & Compared

Plenty of online bookmakers now offer UFC betting odds and markets, but some do it a lot better than others. Below we highlight some of our favourite UFC betting UK bookmakers and explain why they made our list.

Each review takes a look at what the bookie has to offer UFC bettors, including their best features and also the areas we would like to see improved.

One thing to be aware of is that the best UFC betting sites also tend to be the best MMA betting sites for other promotions like Bellator, ONE Championship, PFL and Rizin. You shouldn't have to seek out other bookies to bet on other big MMA events.

Best UFC Betting App: bet365

bet365 have a reputation for doing sports betting the right way and UFC wagering is no exception to that rule.

The first thing to note when you join bet365 is that you can use the free bets you receive as part of the sign-up offer for betting on UFC/MMA. Unlike other bookmakers, bet365 don't place restrictions on the sports where you can use your free bets.

Their UFC betting section is well-presented, with the latest card from the promotion listed at the top of the page.

From that list of fights, you can check out pre-fight stats and the tale of the tape. You can then move on to the markets for the fight, of which there are plenty, with most UFC fights having the option of a bet builder as well.

If you want to put together an MMA accumulator, you'll be able to take advantage of bet365's acca boost, which kicks in with a 5% profit boost for winning doubles and goes all the way up to 70% if you land a 14-fold or bigger.

bet365 also offer in-play betting on most UFC contests, and all of this is available on both desktop and the mobile app.

As far as UFC betting apps go, bet365's is the cream of the crop. It offers all the performance and functionality you'll find on a desktop but in the palm of your hand.

We could only find minor flaws in bet365 as a UFC betting site. One being that they don't have as many markets for the smaller promotions as they do for UFC. But this is generally to be expected, seeing as UFC dominates the conversation when it comes to MMA.

Pros
  • Best UFC betting app in The UK
  • Free bets can be used on UFC/MMA
  • UFC/MMA accas qualify for profit boosts
Cons
  • Betting on more MMA promotions could be made available

Best MMA Betting Site For Market Variety: Betway

Betway can lay claim to being the overall best MMA betting site due to the depth of markets provided for a wide variety of promotions, not just the UFC.

All the UFC betting odds you'd expect to find are also still present and Betway are usually one of the first betting sites to price up a good range of markets, not just the fight winner option.

Alongside those UFC markets, you'll find MMA odds on fights from several other promotions too, including Invicta, PFL, KSW and Bellator.

Our odds comparison tests have shown that Betway's odds are very competitive across all MMA promotions and you can find all the markets on their betting app, which is rated 4.8/5 by users on the Apple App Store.

By betting on MMA, you can also qualify for Betway's Free Bet Club. Bet £25 or more on MMA accumulators of three legs or more and you'll qualify for a £10 free bet each week.

That's the only way you'll get a free bet for betting on MMA on Betway, as their welcome bonus funds can't be used on anything other than football or horse racing.

The sign-up offer limits and the lack of a fight bet builder option were the only gripes we had with Betway, which we still consider to be among the best UFC betting sites due to the abundance of odds and markets.

Pros
  • In-depth coverage of multiple MMA promotions
  • Often first to offer markets on MMA fights
  • MMA bets qualify you for Free Bet Club perks
Cons
  • Can't use welcome bonus to bet on MMA

Best UFC Betting Site For Accumulators: BoyleSports

BoyleSports does a good job covering combat sports and also makes our list of the best boxing betting sites. Many of the reasons it scores so well for boxing carry over to MMA.

'Boyles' have an excellent acca insurance promotion which UFC bettors can enjoy. By placing a multiple of three legs or more, you choose either an accumulator profit boost of up to 70%, or acca insurance, where if one leg lets you down you'll receive your stake back as a free bet up to £20.

For those looking to bet on other MMA promotions, you may be better-served going elsewhere, as BoyleSports concentrates on the UFC.

But their coverage of the sport's top company is excellent, and they make great use of a UFC card widget on the homepage.

BoyleSports also have live streaming of the action in the Octagon on both desktop and their UFC betting app, while they recently introduced their bet builder tool for selected fights.

A similar UFC promotion to their early payout for boxing knockdowns would boost BoyleSports' MMA offering further, as would getting more than just the fight winner markets priced up early.

Pros
  • Live streaming of UFC fights
  • UFC covered as part of accumulator offer
  • UFC betting page well-presented
Cons
  • Could be quicker to get prices online

Best Live UFC Betting Site: NetBet

NetBet is more of an all-round MMA betting site than most. Rather than focusing on just UFC, they offer odds on smaller MMA promotions from around the world, including Poland, Japan and Russia.

There are no frills in their presentation of their MMA odds on a slightly dated-looking desktop site and you're better off downloading the highly-rated NetBet betting app to place your UFC bets here.

NetBet offer live betting markets on a large number of the MMA promotions they price up, with dozens of markets generally available to wager on once the referee calls 'fight'.

Unfortunately, with bet builders on MMA currently not offered by NetBet, you can't use your welcome bonus for wagering on the UFC. However, those looking for the best in-play UFC experience shouldn't be put off by that.

Pros
  • Big selection of MMA promotions to bet on
  • More live UFC betting markets than competitors
  • Highly-rated betting app
Cons
  • Desktop presentation could be improved

Best UFC Betting Site For Free Bets: Betfred

Betfred, dubbed 'The Bonus King' among punters, has the best welcome bonus around as far as UFC betting sites go. The entire £50 free bet bonus is eligible to be spent on MMA after you sign up and bet £10.

They do, however, need to work on expanding the number of markets offered for UFC betting online to give MMA punters more choice with their £50 in free bets.

The bonus is split into £30 in sports free bets and £20 in acca free bets, so UFC punters can mix it up when spending their free bets on a betting site optimised for mobile devices.

Betfred's UFC betting app is easy to use and carries all the same features as the desktop site, while they also offer price boosts for the big UFC fights.

Pros
  • Best UFC free bet offer on the market
  • User-friendly UFC betting app
  • UFC price boosts
Cons
  • Could offer more markets

How We Review & Rank UFC Betting Sites

With a steady stream of new betting sites hitting the UK market every year, we're always on the lookout for bookies that excel with their UFC offerings.

Our review process involves signing up for a site, claiming UFC offers, depositing funds, placing bets, watching live streams and contacting customer service. We also keep an eye out for responsible gambling tools to aid with safer betting.

Here's a bit more detail on how we rank UFC betting sites, with an insight into the review process we use to rate each site:

  • Mobile Experience

    Mobile Experience

UFC betting online is still relatively new, and as such, most of us who bet on the sport tend to do so through our mobile devices. The presence of a user-friendly UFC betting app or mobile site is therefore one of our main considerations when evaluating UFC betting sites.

  • UFC Markets & Odds

    UFC Markets & Odds

It seems obvious to say that a good selection of markets and competitive odds is key to being ranked among the best UFC betting sites, but many bookies don't go far beyond the fight winner market, or don't price up other markets until late in the day. We prefer to see a good selection of markets with competitive odds made available as early as possible.

  • Overall MMA Coverage

    Overall MMA Coverage

The majority of MMA bets in the UK are placed on the UFC, but they aren't the only game in town. The likes of PFL and Bellator have strong followings and MMA betting sites with odds and offers on those promotions earn extra marks from us.

  • Free Bets & Bonuses

    Free Bets & Bonuses

Some bookmakers place too much focus on being specifically horse racing or football betting sites, therefore neglecting UFC bettors. We like bookies that allow punters to use their welcome bonus to wager on UFC, or those that have promotions where you can qualify for bonuses and free bets by betting on UFC events.

  • Live UFC Betting Markets

    Live UFC Betting Markets

The best UFC betting sites offer live betting on UFC fights and we've highlighted those that keep up a good range of markets throughout the fight, giving punters more choice. Being able to live stream the action at a betting site adds a lot to the experience, although due to TNT Sports holding the rights to broadcast UFC events in the UK, only selected fights will be shown.

  • Safety & Security

    Safety & Security

Only UFC betting sites licensed by the UK Gambling Commission are recommended at Gambling.com and those bookmakers that haven't been licensed should be given a wide berth. We also expect to see bookmakers employing the latest security measures for both their desktop sites and UFC betting apps in order to keep your details safe.

  • Speedy Payouts

    Speedy Payouts

With so many payment options available at UFC betting sites, they should be expected to process withdrawals quickly. Deposits should always be instant and payouts shouldn't come with any major delays.

  • Safer Gambling

    Safer Gambling

All of the best licensed bookmakers need to have tools that can help people gamble responsibly. We only recommend UFC betting sites that offer safer gambling tools and highlight responsible gambling.

Which Promotions Can You Bet On at MMA Betting Sites?

We all know that the UFC are the top dogs in the MMA world, but the sport's rise in popularity in the last few decades has led to a big increase in the number of promotions staging events. Here are some of the other competitions and promotions you can expect to find markets for:

Bellator: The second-biggest MMA promotion in the world. This American organisation has a track record of creating its own stars in the likes of Patricio Pitbull, as well as offering a home to those fighters looking for a second chance after leaving UFC.

Rizin: The natural successor to the now-defunct Pride, Japan's number one MMA promotion focuses more on good fighters than the showmanship which put many off Pride and has given the world such competitors as Jiri Prochazka.

ONE Championship: The MMA leader in Southeast Asia, ONE caters to fans of most combat sports, not just MMA, putting on cards that include Muay Thai and kickboxing contests. They've recently dipped their toe in the water of the US market by hosting a couple of events Stateside.

PFL: The Professional Fighter’s League debuted in 2018 with $1M prize tournaments contested over a regular season and play-offs. PFL has been keen to add star power to its ranks, signing former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou to its roster

KSW: The premier MMA organization in Poland, KSW has established a die-hard fan base thanks to a strong viewer experience and recently celebrated its 20-year anniversary.

OKTAGON: Arguably the biggest MMA promotion in Europe outside of the UFC, OKTAGON has grown rapidly from its roots in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, selling out arenas in Germany and the UK. It has made good use of reality TV shows to raise awareness of its brand.

Invicta: An all-female organization that is primarily a feeder league to the UFC, Invicta recently landed a big TV deal in the US to help grow its brand.

Most Popular Markets For UFC Betting Online

While some bookmakers will only price up a fight winner market, the best UFC betting sites will offer way more choice with the bets you can place on a UFC fight:

  • Fight Winner

    Fight Winner

This is the easiest UFC bet to understand. All you need to do is pick which fighter you think will win and weigh up whether the odds offer fair value, or if you need to shop around for a better price.

  • Total Rounds

    Total Rounds

Wager on whether the length of a fight will go over or under a specified number of rounds. Most total round bets involve half a round, e.g. over/under 2.5 rounds. In this case for UFC bets, two and a half minutes of a five-minute round will define the half in order to settle wagers.

  • Method of Victory

    Method of Victory

A bet on the method of victory is a wager on how you think the fight will end. This could be by a decision from the judges, or knockout. You can often combine the fight winner with a method of victory to boost the price on your chosen competitor.

  • Round Betting

    Round Betting

Unlike the total rounds market, here you are betting on exactly which round you think the fight will finish in. These bets tend to pay much bigger odds than others on this list. You can choose to combine a fight winner or method of victory bet with a round wager.

  • Fight to go The Distance?

    Fight to go The Distance?

You are betting on whether you think a fight will finish before all the specified rounds have concluded or if the fight will go the full five rounds and be decided by the ringside judges.
