Paulo Dybala played his final game for Juventus at the weekend and betting sites believe they know where the Argentina international is going to end up next.

An emotional Dybala bade farewell to the Allianz Arena crowd after Juve’s 2-2 draw with Lazio on May 16, before making his final appearance for the club against Fiorentina on Saturday.

He departs after scoring more than 100 goals in 293 outings for the Bianconeri, while his seven-season spell in Turin saw him win five Serie A titles and four Coppas Italia.

Dybala was voted as the Italian league’s most valuable player in 2019/20. Back then, it would have been difficult to envisage Juve letting him leave on a free transfer – but that is exactly what they are doing, having failed to agree terms with the forward over a new deal.

So, where will Dybala end up next? We've had a look at the odds below.

Inter In Pole Position To Keep Argentine In Italy

Inter were priced at 5/1 when the news broke in March that Dybala would be moving on this summer.

Those odds have fallen dramatically since then, with the Nerazzurri now given a 1/5 chance of landing the former Palermo man. Football betting sites would consider it a major surprise if he ends up elsewhere.

Inter and Dybala have not agreed a deal yet, though. Corriere dello Sport, one of Italy’s leading football publications, reported last week that the club is still seeking assurances from the 28-year-old that he definitely wants to move to the San Siro.

Inter are willing to pay the forward £4.65m per season over the course of a three or four-year contract, but they are waiting to hear back from the Argentine.

They are not putting all their eggs in one basket either, as Inter have reportedly identified several alternatives should Dybala ultimately turn down their proposal.

Roma Also Sniffing Around The Proven Serie A Star

Dybala has spent virtually his entire professional career (and adult life) in Italy.

He is settled in the country and may prefer to remain in Serie A, a league he has already proven himself in, rather than move abroad. If that is the case, Roma (8/1) is an alternative destination to Inter.

Jose Mourinho’s side are through to the Europa Conference League final, but they have been slightly disappointing in Serie A this season.

A top-four finish will be the target next term and signing a player of Dybala’s calibre would boost their chances of qualifying for Europe’s premier club competition.

However, Roma’s absence from the 2022/23 Champions League could cost them in the race to sign a player who will want win the tournament, not just take part in it.

Francesco Totti has said he will try to persuade Dybala to choose the Giallorossi, but even that might not be enough.

Tottenham Could Renew Interest In Former Target

Antonio Conte

Tottenham came close to purchasing Dybala in 2019 during the final transfer window of Mauricio Pochettino’s tenure, only for the proposed £66.4m transfer to collapse after Juventus failed to secure a replacement.

Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici both have close connections to Juventus, although the fact Dybala will soon be a free agent means that is less of a factor than it would have been if he still had a contract in Turin.

More important is the fact that Spurs will be competing in the Champions League next season, having wrapped up a top-four finish on the final day of the Premier League season.

Tottenham are 12/1 to sign Dybala, but they were in at 4/1 to snap it up in late March.

Perhaps the main question mark concerns Conte’s favoured 3-4-3 system, which does not have a natural place for the Argentine, who does his best work as a second striker.

Mbappe News Makes PSG Move Unlikely

On Saturday reports came through that Kylian Mbappe had performed a U-turn and decided to stay at Paris Saint-Germain. For months he seemed destined to join Real Madrid, but the France international will still be at the Parc des Princes next season.

PSG are 14/1 to sign Dybala, but they are unlikely to pursue a move for the Argentine now that Mbappe is staying put. That is not to say the pair are similar players; far from it.

But PSG will probably spend the summer market looking for reinforcements elsewhere. The front three of Mbappe, Lionel Messi and Neymar will continue to operate together next term.

Barcelona are also priced at 14/1, which looks like better value. The club is still grappling with various financial issues, but the absence of a transfer fee means the signing of Dybala is more attainable than a deal which would involve striking agreements with a club and a player.

Moreover, it was reported earlier this year that the 28-year-old would be open to a move to the Camp Nou.

Newcastle And Manchester United Among Outsiders

If Dybala ends up in the Premier League, Tottenham are the clear favourites. Newcastle and Manchester United are both available at 16/1 though, while Arsenal are listed at 20/1 with new betting sites.

Let’s start with the Gunners. They will definitely be in the market for at least one new attacker this summer, with Alex Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah both out of contract.

Dybala’s wage demands could potentially be an issue, but the bigger doubt is whether the Argentine would be interested in a move to the red half of north London.

Manchester United will not be in the Champions League next season, but Dybala might be willing to make an allowance given the size of the club. Much will depend on Erik ten Hag’s priorities as the incoming manager continues to run the rule over the squad he will officially inherit on July 1.

Newcastle, meanwhile, will struggle to persuade an established star like Dybala to join them this early in the project.
