Alexander Zverev vs. Grigor Dimitrovv Predictions, Odds, Betting Tips

⭐ Dimitrov to win (+114) at FandDuel

With the Western & Cincinnati Open an ATP 1000 Masters-level event, we get treated to loaded fields and great matchups. Tuesday's action is highlighted by the showdown between No. 16 Alexander Zverev and No. 20 Grigor Dimitrov. Zverev holds a 4-1 advantage in the series and has won two of the three hard-court matches.

But for this contest, we're going with Dimitrov to win (+114) at FandDuel. Dimitrov has been in solid form all season long. He's 25-14 in 2023 and is coming off a semifinal appearance at the Washington Open. He's also reached the Geneva final, second week of Wimbledon and French Open. His also advanced to the Queen's semifinals.

Zeverv secured a title on clay in Hamburg just two weeks ago, but is coming off one of his worst matches. He lost 1-6, 2-6 to Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the third round of the Canadian Open and is just 8-9 on hard courts this season. Dimitrov is a former champion of this event, and given Zverev's latest struggles, his lack of overall success on hard courts and Dimitrov's penchant to make deep tournament runs, we're going with Dimitrov in this matchup.

Best Betting Pick: ⭐ Dimitrov to win (+114) at FandDuel

Andy Murray vs. Karen Khachanov: Predictions, Odds, Betting Tips

⭐ Khachanov to win (+100) at BetMGM

This is a direct fade of Andy Murray's health. At the Canadian Open, Murray pulled out of his match on Thursday against Jannik Sinner, citing an abdominal strain. He mentioned the injury was similar to the one he suffered in Stuttgart last season. That ailment took him over 10 days to recover and even put his status in doubt for this tournament. But as it stands, Murray appears ready to compete after taking the practice court on Sunday.

Still, we are backing Khachanov to win (+100) at BetMGM. Murray is 36 years old and as he continues to age, recovering can become a longer process. The U.S. Open is set to begin later this month, and that will be the priority for Murray over the Western & Southern Open.

Khachanov hasn't competed since the French Open in June, but we feel more comfortable backing the No. 11 player in the world who is going against an aging player who has injury concerns. Khachanov has been solid this season with a 23-11 record, including a 13-6 mark on hard courts. We also like his chances to win on Monday, and will take him at +100.

Best Betting Pick: Khachanov to win (+100) at BetMGM

Lorenzo Musetti vs. Daniel Evans Predictions, Odds, Betting Tips

⭐ Musetti to win (-140) at FanDuel

Daniel Evans deserves credit for his Washington title, which seemingly came out of nowhere. Before the event, he was just 9-19 on the season but went on to beat high-caliber players such as Frances Tiafoe and Grigor Dimitrov before topping Tallon Griekspoor in the finals. But he quickly came back to his normal form just days later, losing in straight sets to No. 141 Gabriel Diallo.

We like Musetti to win (-140) at FanDuel and feel confident Evans will return to his losing ways. The Cincinnati Open hasn't been a great event for him anyways even when he has been in form. Evans has won only one of his fourth matches in this event, and the lone victory was against Andrey Rublev three years ago. Musetti also owns a 2-0 advantage over Evans.

Musetti is 28-19 this season and 6-5 on hard courts. He is coming off a decent run at the Canadian Open, reaching the third round before losing to No. 3 Daniil Medvedev. Evans is nowhere near the caliber of player that Medvedev is, so we expect Musetti to earn his first win in Cincinnati.

Best Betting Pick: Musetti to win (-140) at FanDuel
