NCAA Player Prop No. 1: Michael Penix Jr. Under 349.5 Passing Yards

⭐  Best Bet: Michael Penix Jr. Under 349.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetMGM

Michael Penix Jr. is one of the top Heisman candidates after leading the Washington Huskies to a start. Penix Jr. is second in the country in passing yards with 1,999 yards but will now face the best defense he will face this season when Washington takes on Oregon.

We're going with Michael Penix Jr. Under 349.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetMGM. This prop is too high for an Oregon defense that already limited one of the best passing attacks in Colorado. Only Shedeur Sanders has more passing yards than Penix, and Oregon highlighted how it can take away pass-heavy offenses. In Oregon's 42-6 win over Colorado, Sanders was held to just 159 passing yards and one touchdown.

That's the only significant competition Oregon has faced this season, also. Penix Jr. has only thrown under this passing prop once this season, with 304 yards in a 59-32 win over Cal, but we like the under for what will be the best defense Penix Jr. will face so far.

Best Bet: Michael Penix Jr. Under 349.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetMGM

NCAA Prop No. 2: Blake Corum Under 92.5 Rushing Yards

⭐ Blake Corum Under 92.5 Rushing Yards (-114) at FanDuel

Michigan has one of the best run offenses in the country averaging 5.07 yards per carry and ranking 37th in yards per game at 185.2. Blake Corum leads with 494 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, but we're going to go with an under on Corum's prop.

We like Blake Corum Under 92.5 Rushing Yards (-114) at FanDuel, and it's mostly due to Michigan likely to blow out Indiana and how the Wolverines use multiple backs which cuts into Corum's carries. Corum had just. nine carries for 69 yards in the 52-10 win over Minnesota, with eight other Wolverines getting rushing attempts in the win.

Corum has also only cleared this prop number in two of the five games this season, and with the Wolverines favored by 34 points, a blowout is possible. Michigan can continue to cruise over its next three games before a Nov. 11 matchup with Penn State. There's no reason for Michigan to overexert its lead back, which plays to the under in this spot.

Best Betting Pick: Blake Corum Under 92.5 Rushing Yards (-114) at FanDuel

Best NCAA Player Prop No. 3: Sam Hartman Over 264.5 Passing Yards

⭐ Sam Hartman Over 264.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetMGM

In the other marquee game of the week, USC travels to take on Notre Dame. We have a player prop pick for this one, and it includes Notre Dame quarterback Sam Hartman.

We like Sam Hartman Over 264.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetMGM. USC has one of the worst defenses for a team in the top 25. The Trojans are especially bad against the pass, ranking 101st in passing yards allowed per game at 264.3. That's right where this prop is set up for Hartman, who we are expecting a solid performance from.

Hartman hasn't cleared this prop in the last three weeks, but all of those games came against ranked opponents including Ohio State, Duke and Louisville. All three of those teams are better at defending the pass, with Ohio State ranking ninth in pass defense, while Duke is at No. 13 and Louisville is 89th.

Given USC's high-powered offense, this could turn out to be a shootout, and if the Irish have to lean on Hartman, we're confident he can exploit a bad USC defense.

Best Betting Pick: Sam Hartman Over 264.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetMGM

Best NCAA Player Prop No. 4: Drake Maye Over 301.5 Passing Yards (-114) at FanDuel

⭐ Drake Maye Over 301.5 Passing Yards (-114) at FanDuel

Drake Maye validated his high draft stock in last week's win over Syracuse, passing for 442 yards and three touchdowns. We're going to look to back Maye's passing player prop for Saturday's matchup against Miami.

We like Drake Maye Over 301.5 Passing Yards (-114) at FanDuel. Miami's pass defense is average, ranking 58th while allowing 229.8 yards per contest. Syracuse's defense is admittedly bad against the pass, ranking outside the top 100. But Maye's second-best game came against a similar defense. Maye had 414 yards in the win over Minnesota, which ranks 63rd in pass defense while surrendering 235.3 passing yards per contest.

Maye has also had strong recent success against the Hurricanes. In last year's win, he went off for 309 passing yards. Given how Maye has performed recently and his history against Miami, we like the over on his passing yards prop.

Best Betting Pick: Drake Maye Over 301.5 Passing Yards (-114) at FanDuel
