For the first of our NBA Picks, we’re looking at the turnovers for Paul George. The line on his turnovers is at 2.5, and we’re slamming the under. 

Over his last five games, George has had less than three turnovers in all of them. His highest was two on December 6 against Denver. 

This season, George has just eight games with three turnovers or more. For this Clippers vs. Trail Blazers prediction, we did consider that George had four the last time they met on October 25, but since November 17, George has just one game with three turnovers or more.

Next up for our NBA Player Props Today, we’re heading to Texas and taking the under on Spurs guard Devin Vassell’s rebounds. This line opened at 4.5, which is certainly more desirable, but at 3.5, we’re still in on it. 

Over his last five games, Vassell has had three rebounds or less in four of them. He had four in the one game he went over, which was against the Atlanta Hawks on November 30. 

During the year, Vassell averaged 3.1 rebounds per game, and if you look at his game logs, he’s had four rebounds or more in just six games this season. 

Additionally, as of this Spurs vs. Rockets prediction, Houston is 10th in rebounds per game at 53.3, but over their last three games, they’ve been dominating the boards, averaging 63 per game.

NBA Best Bet Today #3: ⭐Jarrett Allen Over 10.5 Rebounds (+105) at BetMGM

Finally, for the last of our NBA Player Props, we will take a bit of a risk with some “+” line value and take the over on Jarrett Allen’s rebound line of 10.5. Like Vassell, this line was different—it was at 9.5—but it has been increased. 

Allen is averaging 8.3 rebounds per game this season, but he’s been on a bit of a rebounding spree lately. He’s only had 11 rebounds or more in just two games. 

On the year, Allen has had 11 or more in just four games. 

What’s motivating us to perhaps place a half-unit wager on the over is that he and his opponent have rebounded more recently. 

During this Cavaliers vs. Magic prediction, the Magic are averaging 48.7 rebounds per game over their last three games, which is 22nd in the NBA. 

As mentioned, perhaps only wager a half-unit wager, but with Allen getting 11 rebounds in two of his last five games and going up against a poor rebounding team as of late, it’s worth taking a swing on for the last of our NBA Picks Today.
