Three games in and it’s already looking like another Premier League title triumph is coming for City, so there should be no surprise when you see our Manchester City vs. Fulham prediction picks another win for the European champions. 

City didn’t have it incredibly easy at Sheffield United, as the game was level at 1-1 in the final few minutes. However, as Pep Guardiola’s team does so often, it pulled a rabbit out of the hat with a sensational winning goal from Rodri to grab all three points.

As predicted, it’s been a terrible start to the 2023/24 season for two of the Premier Leagues relegation candidates, Everton and Sheffield United. In fact, our Sheffield United vs. Everton prediction picks yet another low-scoring game that sees both teams carry on winless runs.

Sheffield did almost get a tie with City last weekend, but ultimately, it conceded too many chances across the game and lost all three points in a 2-1 defeat because of weak defending and poor offense.

Tottenham Hotspur is looking incredible under Ange Postecoglou, and in truth, it is playing the best soccer we’ve seen it produce since challenging for the Premier League title with Mauricio Pochettino in 2017/18.

After three games, it has scored six goals and only dropped points in a tie with Brentford on opening weekend. Since then, Postecoglou has guided Tottenham to a 2-0 win over Manchester United and a 2-0 victory at Bournemouth. 

Burnley, on the other hand, has lost both games so far by letting in three goals in each game and the Clarets have put themselves right into the relegation talks already.

The game of the weekend follows our Arsenal vs. Manchester United prediction with two of the biggest teams in the world battling in north London on Sunday.  

After three games, neither team has looked as good as last season. United has already lost in north London to Arsenal’s rivals, Tottenham, while it even went two goals down inside five minutes against Nottingham Forest last weekend. It did win that game and largely dominated the chances created and ball possession percentage, but still, United were exposed in midfield once again.

Arsenal is still unbeaten this season, but after two narrow wins against Nottingham and Crystal Palace, it followed those victories up with a 2-2 tie against Fulham. • ⭐ Darwin Nunez to score and Liverpool to beat Aston Villa (+220) at bet365

What a fantastic game we witnessed with Liverpool last weekend as it stunningly managed to grab all three points in a win at Newcastle United after being down to 10 men for the majority of the 90 minutes.

This now means Liverpool has collected seven points from nine games, despite having to play against Chelsea, Newcastle and Bournemouth already. 

Darwin Nunez was the hero for the Reds in that win against the Magpies, and our Liverpool vs. Aston Villa predictions backs him to score yet again in what looks to be his breakout season in the Premier League. 

Nunez came off of the substitutes bench against Newcastle and scored both of Liverpool’s goals within the final 15 minutes of the game.
