Rhode Island Sports Betting Market

Currently, Rhode Island is one of the states with a single-source online sports betting market, meaning if residents wish to place bets online, they must do so on the Sportsbook Rhode Island website or app.

The website is conducted by the Rhode Island Lottery, which utilizes William Hill software on the IGT platform.

Originally, legal sports betting in the state was limited to in-person wagering at either Twin River Casino or Twin River Tiverton. But in March 2019, a bill was signed into law permitting statewide online sports betting.
