Smarkets Announces New Sportsbook Launching in Indiana
SBK, a sportsbook app developed by Smarkets, will be a new option for sports betting in Indiana.
The company announced it had received approval from the Indiana Gaming Commission to launch in the state.
Smarkets, SBK, Expanding
This is the second state for SBK following its 2020 launch in Colorado. There, SBK partnered with Full House Resorts, which has a sports betting license at Rising Star Casino. This is facilitating the Indiana launch.
With the Indiana launch, SBK offers zero-margin odds on spread and totals markets for the Week 5 Thursday Night Football game between the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts. Players can also access their’ Bet $20, Get $ 100’ sign-up offer.
As for the zero-margin odds, SBK provided the following example: Colts +3.5 at -105 or Broncos -3.5 at +105.
Smarkets CEO/Founder Jason Trost said: “We have a lot of momentum as a company right now - the launch in Indiana is just one of many more exciting milestones on the horizon.
“As one of the only smaller, private operators to have successfully launched in the US, I’m thrilled to go live in a second state with SBK.
“We are simply not like other operators; our focus is on providing the best odds possible and in-house product excellence, and we believe this ethos will win out in the long run.”
