Which Celebrities Will Appear At WrestleMania 40?
WrestleMania has always been a huge attraction for celebrities, and this year looks to be no different if prices on betting sites are anything to go by.
With WrestleMania 40 set to take place on April 6 and April 7 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, several stars have been rumored to attend the spectacle.
In the event's 40-year history, the likes of boxing legend Muhammad Ali and singing sensation Cyndi Lauper have appeared, and it can be a nice side show, away from the main ring action, to see which stars have turned up.
One star who has already confirmed his attendance is rapper Lil' Wayne. He revealed on an episode of WWE Raw on April 1 that he will be at WrestleMania 40, and Grammy-nominated rapper Meek Mill is also expected to be there.
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H invited Mill to the star-studded event, and late last month he urged the "All Eyes On You" hitmaker to keep his schedule open for WrestleMania 40.
It now looks to be a done deal after Mill shared an advert on Instagram that ended with the words, "Meek Mill #WrestleMania."
He wrote in the caption: "@tripleh ain’t this what they been waiting for PHILLY WE JUST GETTING STARTED (sic)."
With Wayne and Meek pretty much confirmed, who else could rock up at WrestleMania 40?
McGregor Odds-On For WrestleMania Appearance
Conor McGregor is the -138 favorite on WWE betting sites to make an appearance at this weekend's spectacle.
He has long been linked to a transition from UFC to WWE, but he has not been that complimentary about wrestling over the years, and in June 2023 he said he wasn't interested in working with WWE.
However, the UFC and WWE now operate under the same TKO Group parent company, which has fueled speculation McGregor might make the move.
Just three weeks ago he was asked on the YouTube channel Adam's Apple about whether he would consider joining the WWE, and he replied: "You never know, let's see."
If that is in the pipeline then McGregor may want to get a closer look at some of his potential future opponents this weekend.
Drew Due At WrestleMania
Drew Barrymore is just +100 on specials betting sites to appear at WrestleMania after she had several WWE stars on her talk show recently.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson - who will join forces with his cousin Roman Reigns to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in a tag match on Night 1 - and John Cena have appeared on "The Drew Barrymore Show" of late.
While Cena won't be in the ring, Logan Paul will take on Randy Orton and Kevin Owens for the United States Championship, and his brother Jake Paul is just +150 to be cheering on his sibling in the marquee match in Philadelphia.
What's more, it is +400 that Post Malone, who recently curated the soundtrack for video game WWE 2K24, makes a WrestleMania 40 appearance.
Travis Kelce And Taylor Swift To Attend?
One of the most talked-about celebrity romances of late has been NFL star Travis Kelce and pop megastar Taylor Swift's hook up.
It's now thought the showbiz power couple could take their relationship to the next level by gracing WrestleMania 40 with their presence.
Swift is a +300 shot for an appearance, but her significant other Travis is just +200 on betting apps.
It wouldn't be a huge surprise if the Kansas City Chiefs star turned up without Swift on his arm, because he could attend alongside his brother, former NFL player Jason Kelce, who is just +125 for an appearance.
Jason is no stranger to Philadelphia after starring for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 13-year career until his retirement earlier this year.
Elsewhere, The Rock's "Jumanji" co-star Kevin Hart is +600 to appear at WrestleMania 40, while fellow actor Bradley Cooper - who is a Philadelphia native - is +800.
Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone (+700) is also no stranger to Philadelphia, after using Philadelphia Museum of Art's steps in the "Rocky" film franchise, earning them the nickname the Rocky Steps.
Triple H has previously invited NBA star Joel Embiid, who plays for the Philadelphia 76ers, to WrestleMania 40.
Embiid (+1000) admitted in October he wasn't sure he could make it, but he may well have cleared his schedule by now.
Whichever stars head to Philly, the ring action looks set to be well worth the trip.
