• A bidding process would allow additional three licenses

The current bill status is "In Committee". If you're wondering whether it'll pass, it remains uncertain. There have been attempts in the past that were futile. However, this time, things might be different. The bill proposes plenty of things that would benefit the state. On top of that, the live dealer positions would be union jobs, providing more rights for the workers.
