Novak Djokovic Vs Jaime Faria: Where To Watch Australian Open

Novak Djokovic continues his quest to win his 11th Australian Open title in his second-round clash against Jaime Faria on Wednesday morning at the Rod Laver Arena.

Djokovic had to battle back from one set down to win his first round match against American Nishesh Basavareddy. The Serb was not entirely satisfied with his performance or that of his new coach, Andy Murray, who he insisted needs to become more vocal in his support.

Both have the chance to improve in Djokovic’s contest with Faria, who overcame Pavel Kotov in straight sets to punch his ticket to the second round for the first time.

Betting sites are not overly optimistic about Kotov’s chances of keeping this one close. Djokovic is 1/100 to advance, while the Portuguese has a best price of 25/1.

We’re not expecting much drama, even if Djokovic is not the player he once was with odds of 5/1 available for him to win the 2025 title on tennis betting sites, putting him behind Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz in the market.
