The first-round proper gets under way this weekend and one of the matches has been included in the four-fold acca.

BTTS Tips: Ipswich Vs Leicester

Ipswich will sense an opportunity to get their first win on the board as they host last season’s Championship rivals Leicester, who were crushed 5-2 by Manchester United in the Carabao Cup during the week.

The Foxes have been involved in several goal-laden contests lately, including a stunning 3-2 comeback victory at winless Southampton.

Steve Cooper’s men are one of three teams that have scored and conceded in eight of their nine top-flight matches and all four away games have ticked the both teams to score box, so it appears that their record will improve on Saturday afternoon.

Ipswich squandered a two-goal lead to go down 4-3 at Brentford last week and with both defences looking leaky, this match kicks off The Panel’s BTTS predictions at 8/13 with William Hill.

The Panel's Saturday BTTS Predictions Nov 2:

Both Teams To Score Odds: Southampton Vs Everton

Russell Martin came in for plenty of praise from Manchester City counterpart Pep Guardiola last week, but a 1-0 defeat left Southampton rooted to the foot of the table with just one point from nine games.

Only Wolves (25) and Ipswich (20) have conceded more than the 19 of Saints, who are one of three sides yet to keep a clean sheet this season.

Four of their last five games would have paid out in the both teams to score market and their expected goals tally in attack is better than five other clubs, including Saturday’s opponents Everton.

Sean Dyche’s men enjoyed recent back-to-back shut-outs against both Newcastle and Ipswich, but five of their last seven games have produced goals at both ends, so The Panel are on board with this game which can be backed at 13/20 with football betting sites

BTTS Predictions: QPR Vs Sunderland

The Panel are taking a bit of a gamble with the third of their BTTS tips as lowly QPR take on Championship leaders Sunderland at Loftus Road.

The Rs, 23rd in the table, earned their first clean sheet of the season in last week’s goalless draw at Burnley, but Sunderland may not be so forgiving in west London.

The Black Cats have scored in all nine Championship matches, but crucially they conceded in all three visits to bottom-four clubs Portsmouth, Luton and Plymouth.

Saturday’s opponents QPR have the best BTTS record in the division (9/12), so odds of 13/14 with BetGoodwin stand out as good value.

BTTS Acca: Wycombe Vs York

The last of The Panel’s BTTS predictions also looks on the risky side as League One high-flyers Wycombe host National League team York in one of the ties of the round in the FA Cup.

Four successive victories have propelled the Chairboys up to second in the table, but they have no peers when it comes to scoring and conceding in the third tier.

Nine of their 12 matches have involved goals at both ends and although their three clean sheets came at Adams Park, it will be a tough task keeping out a City side that are unbeaten in more than two months.

Ollie Pearce has scored four times in his last three outings to make it seven for the season and his side will be boosted by last week’s 2-1 win at Halifax when both of the Minstermen’s goals came in stoppage time.

Wycombe boss Matt Bloomfield revaled “there will be changes” in the build-up to the game and with betting apps offering 10/11 in the BTTS market, that outcome seems a distinct possibility despite a gap of two divisions.
