NFL Week 15: The Panel's Picks For Thursday Night Football - Rams @ 49ers

Our team of experts examines all the NFL Thursday Night Football action, focusing on odds and insights from NFL betting sites.

Week 15 begins with the game between the Rams (7-6) and 49ers (6-7) in San Francisco.

NFL Week 15 Thursday Night Football Predictions:

Rams @ 49ers Predictions: Rams To Sweep Niners

The Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers may have won last week, but they are tough to figure out. The 49ers blew out Chicago, while the Rams shocked the Buffalo Bills 44-42 in one of the best games of the season.

Could the Rams go on a run here? They are 7-6 and only one game out of first place in the NFC West. The key is their offense.

When quarterback Matthew Stafford and wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua are rolling, they can rack up 400+ yards like they did last week.

The 49ers may be down to Patrick Taylor Jr. at running back. The Rams have a soft run defense, allowing 4.7 yards per carry.

However, if Nick Bosa does not play again, San Francisco's defense could have trouble like they did when losing 27-24 to the Rams in Week 3.

The Panel are backing the Rams to sweep the series on Thursday night on the moneyline on NFL betting sites.

The Panel Pick 1: Rams To Beat 49ers (Moneyline) - 6/5 With Betway

Rams @ 49ers Betting: Purdy To Throw A Lot

The Rams and 49ers could both air it out on Thursday night. These two NFC West teams know each other very well and in their first meeting, Brock Purdy threw for 292 yards.

Purdy is averaging just over 250 passing yards per game so over 243.5 yards through the air is well within his reach. He's passed for 244 yards or more eight times already this season.

The third-year quarterback is healthy and had one of his biggest games of the season in Week 14 against the Chicago Bears, passing for two touchdowns and 325 yards.

The Panel are tipping Purdy to throw for a minimum 244 yards against the Rams.

The Panel Pick 2: Brock Purdy To Throw For Over 243.5 Yards - 10/11 With Betway

Rams @ 49ers Preview: Niners May Rely On Karty

Both the Rams and 49ers have some attractive player props for their kickers. One of the more intriguing choices is the Rams’ kicker Joshua Karty, who has put up some nice numbers in recent weeks.

The Rams kicked two field goals and had three extra points in their first meeting with the 49ers and multiple field goals would not be out of the question again on Thursday.

Karty at Over 6.5 kicking points is well worth considering at 10/11 on betting apps.

The Panel are picking Karty to make a difference and to kick multiple field goals while chipping in with an extra point or two in San Francisco.

The Panel Pick 3: Josh Karty Over 6.5 Kicking Points - 10/11 With Betway
