Miami at San Francisco (-4)

Sunday, 4:05 ET, FOX

Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, California

Anytime there is the week after turkey, there are the inevitable hangovers. With fewer marquis games this weekend in the NFL, we turn to an underrated matchup. Miami blew away Houston early last week and held on a bit. San Francisco shut down New Orleans. A prolific offense going up against a stout defense. 

Can San Francisco take care of business as they march to a possible NFC West title, or does Miami stop them this week?

Kansas City (-2.5) at Cincinnati 

Sunday, 4:25 ET, CBS

Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, Ohio

Yes, Patrick Mahomes circled this date on the calendar ever since Kansas City fell apart in the second half of last year’s AFC Championship game. The game elevated Joe Burrow to legendary status and into the Super Bowl. 

Can Joe Burrow find a way again with a banged-up Bengals team, or will Mahomes and the Chiefs get their revenge?

Utah vs USC (-3)

Friday, 8:00 ET, FOX

Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, Nevada

USC gets their second crack versus Utah at last. For those who do not remember, Cameron Rising and Caleb Williams played a classic in October as Utah outlasted the Trojans 43-42. The game makes a case for the college football game of the year. 

Now, USC must win on Friday night to advance into the CFP (College Football Playoff). Anything less eliminates them and opens the door. With the game in Las Vegas, is that enough of an edge to get the Trojans over the top?

Kansas State vs TCU (-2.5)

Saturday Noon ET, ABC

AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas

Wait, so TCU is only a slight almost home favorite here in the Big 12 Championship. Unlike the Pac-12 Title game, TCU plays a mere 15 miles from its home stadium. Max Duggan and company will have the home-like crowd rooting for them.

Can the Horned Frogs stave off the pressure? Last week, TCU needed a miracle field goal with the players running on the field to win. Kansas State’s running attack has to be slowed down, or the Horned Frogs may be in trouble.

LSU vs Georgia (-17.5)

Saturday 4:00 ET, CBS

Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, Georgia

This seems crazy, but Georgia has problems scoring in the red zone but is more than a two-touchdown favorite? Yes, the Bulldogs are playing in Georgia. The last time they played in Atlanta was their regular-season opener. Georgia trounced Oregon 49-3 and served notice that their National Championship was not a fluke.

Can LSU get on the board and put some pressure on Georgia? If not, Georgia will run plenty!

Purdue vs Michigan (-16.5)

Saturday Night from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, on FOX

This is an intriguing Saturday night game as the No. 2 Michigan Wolverines travel to Indianapolis to take on the Purdue Boilermakers. It is a game that features Michigan trying to secure a spot in the College Football Playoff.

Some pundits have argued that Michigan is getting into the playoff no matter what. Nothing is certain. Purdue did beat the only two ranked opponents they faced all season. The Boilermakers though do not have the defense Michigan has or the dynamic offense. 

Expect Purdue to give it a go versus Michigan, but will it be enough to cover?
