Tennessee Titans vs. Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Picks & Odds

For our best bet in the Thursday Night Football matchup between the Titans and the Steelers, we will target Tennessee running back Derrick Henry's rushing yards prop. Given Pittsburgh's weakness in its run defense, we expect Henry to have a productive stat line.

We like Derrick Henry Over 75.5 Rushing Yards (-110) at BetMGM. Henry has gained at least 97 yards in three of his last four games, including 122 yards against the Bengals, 97 yards rushing versus the Ravens and 101 yards in last week's win over the Falcons.

Place Your NFL Picks on the Titans vs. Steelers Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Henry will now face a Steelers defense that ranks 27th in yards allowed per carry (4.5) and 27th in rushing yards allowed per game (137.1). We also saw Henry featured plenty with Tennessee going with rookie quarterback Will Levis against the Falcons. Henry's 22 carries last week were tied for the second-most he's had this season, and we expect a similar workload as Levis continues to start for the injured Ryan Tannehill.

⭐ Best Betting Pick: Derrick Henry Over 75.5 Rushing Yards (-110) at BetMGM

Los Angeles Rams vs. Green Bay Packers NFL Picks & Odds

The Packers shouldn't be favored against any team. Green Bay has lost four of its last five games and has one of the worst offenses in the league. Jordan Love and the offense has struggled to move the ball consistently through the air, with the Packers ranking 31st in completion percentage at 57.8%. Green Bay is also just 25th in rushing yards per game (88.4).

Defensively, it hasn't been much better for Green Bay. The Packers rank 20th in scoring defense (22.3) and are 26th in rushing yards allowed (132).

Place Your NFL Picks on the Rams vs. Packers Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Los Angeles has at least had some semblance of offensive success this season, ranking 11th in yards per play (5.5) and ninth in third-down conversion rate at 43%. We're going to back the Rams considering they've shown more consistent success moving the ball and should be able to work downfield against a bad Packers defense.

⭐ My Best Bet: Rams +3 (-110) at BetMGM

Miami Dolphins vs. Kansas City Chiefs NFL Picks & Odds

One of the games of the week takes place in London with the Miami Dolphins facing the Kansas City Chiefs. Miami secured a 31-17 win over the division-rival Patriots, while the Chiefs will look to bounce back after a surprising loss to the lowly Broncos.

We're expecting plenty of points based on the advantage each offense will have over the opposing defense. Thanks to quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs rank third in passing yards per game (276.4) and are seventh in yards per pass (7.1). Mahomes and his receiving corps should have success against a Dolphins defense that ranks 26th in opposing completion percentage (69%) and 16th in passing yards allowed per game (221.5).

Place Your NFL Picks on the Dolphins vs. Chiefs Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Miami features the highest-scoring offense in the league (33.9) and is also tops in yards per game (453.3) and yards per play (7.3). The Dolphins are also the top rushing team, averaging a league-best 5.9 yards per carry and 151.8 rushing yards per contest. On the other side, Kansas City has struggled to stop the run, ranking 25th in rushing yards allowed per rush (4.4) and 19th in rushing yards allowed per contest (111.6).

We like plenty of points based on the strength of each offense and how it compares to a weakness on the defensive side of the ball.

⭐ My Best Bet: Over 50.5 (-110) at BetMGM

Seattle Seahawks vs. Baltimore Ravens NFL Week 9 Predictions

The Ravens have been one of the better teams in the league recently, winning four of their last five games. Baltimore will now host another hot team: the Seattle Seahawks. Seattle has also won five of its last six contests. We're going to look to back Baltimore based on the Ravens' advantages in the run game.

Baltimore ranks third in rushing yards per game (143.1) and is eighth in yards per rush (4.4). The Ravens also feature one of the top defenses in the league, allowing an NFL-low 15.1 points per contest. Baltimore also is tops in opponents yards per play (4.2). Seattle will also struggle to put together drives, with the Seahawks ranking 23rd in third-down conversion rate (35%).

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Seahawks vs. Ravens Week 9 Matchup NOW!

The Ravens also have one of the better secondaries in the league, ranking first in opponents yards per pass (4.6) With the combination of a strong run game and stout defense, we like the Ravens to cover this spread.

⭐ My Best Bet: Ravens -5.5 (-110) FanDuel

Arizona Cardinals vs. Cleveland Browns Week 9 NFL Picks

The Achilles injury to Minnesota quarterback Kirk Cousins affected this game with Arizona trading quarterback Josh Dobbs to the Vikings. This means either Kyler Murray will make his season debut after recovering from a knee injury, or rookie Clayton Tune. Arizona coach Jonathan Gannon has yet to name a starter.

The uncertainty of Arizona's quarterback situation is not ideal against a Cleveland defense that is first in yards allowed per game (260) and in stopping offenses on third down, yielding a league-low 28.2% conversion rate on third downs. The Browns also lead the league in opponents' completion percentage (55%) and surrender the fewest number of passing yards per contest (163.3).

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Cardinals at Browns Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Cleveland also has one of the best run games in the league, ranking second in rushing yards per game (148.6) and 10th in yards per rush (4.4). This doesn't bode well for an Arizona defense that ranks 25th in rushing yards allowed (130.6) and 24th in yards allowed per rush (4.4).

⭐ My Best Bet: Browns -8 (-110) at bet365

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Houston Texans Week 9 NFL Picks

We're anticipating a low-scoring game between the Buccaneers and Texans, who both feature two of the better defenses in the league. Both teams are tied for sixth in scoring defense, allowing 18.3 points per contest. It's also been a struggle for both offenses, with Tampa Bay sitting 27th in scoring (17.3) and Houston 20th (21.1).

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Buccaneers vs. Texans Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Houston and Tampa Bay are also two of the worst rushing teams in the league. The Buccaneers are 31st in yards per carry (3.2), while the Texans are not much better at 30th and averaging 3.3 per attempt. Considering how each team relies on the strength of its defense and has not had consistent offensive production, we're going to back the under in this spot.

⭐ My Best Bet: Under 39.5 (-110) at BetMGM

Chicago Bears vs. New Orleans Saints Week 9 NFL Picks

The struggles continue for the Chicago Bears, who were embarrassed on Sunday Night Football, losing 30-13 to the Los Angeles Chargers. Chicago's offense continues to struggle with Tyson Bagent, who has just one touchdown and three interceptions in three games filling in for Justin Fields.

The Bears rank 26th in passing yards per game (187.9) and 20th in completion percentage (64%). Bagent will now have to face a Saints defense that is second in defensive completion percentage (57.5%) and third in yards allowed per pass (5.6). New Orleans also ranks seventh in passing yards allowed (189.5).

Place Your NFL Picks on the Bears vs. Saints Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Chicago's offensive struggles should be enough to keep this game at the under, but New Orleans has had its own issues on offense. The Saints have just the 20th-best rushing offense (106) and are 21st in third-down conversion rate (35%). With two bad offenses, we're going with the under.

⭐ My Best Bet: Under 41.5(-110) FanDuel

Minnesota Vikings vs. Atlanta Falcons Week 9 NFL Picks

This matchup will feature two backup quarterbacks. Atlanta head coach Arthur Smith announced Desmond Ridder will be benched in favor of Taylor Heinicke. Under Ridder, Atlanta had just the 28th-best scoring offense (17.3).

Minnesota will go with rookie Jaren Hall after Cousins tore his Achilles in last week's win over the Packers. Hall filled in and completed 3 of 4 passes for 23 yards to preserve the win for Minnesota. That was the only game action Hall has seen this season, and we're not expecting him to have quick success in an offense that relied so much on Cousins. Minnesota leads the league in pass attempts per game (39.4) and is second in passing yards (280.5).

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Vikings vs. Falcons Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Hall won't have the luxury of relying on a strong run game. Minnesota is 31st in rushing yards per (73.3) and 28th in rushing yards per carry (3.6). The uncertainty of what each offense will have with a new quarterback is enough for us to target the under in this matchup.

⭐ My Best Bet: Under 37.5 (-110) at Caesars

Washington Commanders vs. New England Patriots Week 9 NFL Picks

The Commanders made trade deadline news for trading away two of its best pass rushers in Chase Young and Motnez Sweat as they look to rebuild the team. We're still going to look to back Washington against New England, despite the recent transactions.

New England has the second-worst scoring offense in the league, averaging just 14.8 points per contest. The Patriots are also bad on the defensive end, giving up 26 points per contest, which ranks 26th.

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Commanders vs. Patriots Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Washington has the highest pass-play percentage in the league at 68.7%, and the Commanders are in line for success against a Patriots team that is 18th in opponents completion percentage (66.6%) and only 17th in passing yards allowed per game (223.3). One issue for Washington has been protecting quarterback Sam Howell, but that should be easier to do against a Patriots defense that is 30th in sack rate percentage (5.1%).

We're going to go with the Commanders getting +3.5 to cover.

⭐ My Best Bet: Commanders +3.5 (-110) at bet365

Indianapolis Colts vs. Carolina Panthers Week 9 NFL Picks

The Carolina Panthers finally got their first win of the season last week, defeating the Houston Texans 15-13. Now, Carolina head coach Frank Reich will face his former team that fired him nine games into last season.

We're still going to go with the Colts to win and cover in this revenge spot for Reich. Indianapolis ahs one of the best run games, ranking sixth in yards per carry (4.5) and ninth in rushing yards per contest (129). Meanwhile, Carolina is 28th in yards allowed per carry (4.7) and 29th in rushing yards allowed (139.4).

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Colts vs. Panthers Week 9 Matchup NOW!

The Panthers have still put up anemic numbers on offense. Offensively, Carolina is 31st in yards per play (4.3). The Panthers won last week thanks to their defense, but the Colts have too much of an advantage on the ground in this one.

⭐ My Best Bet: Colts -2.5 (-110) at BetMGM

New York Giants vs. Las Vegas Raiders Week 9 NFL Picks

The Las Vegas Raiders are a mess. On Wednesday, the team announced it had fired coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler. Linebackers coach Antonio Pierce was named the interim head coach. Offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi was also released. These moves came a day after the Raiders lost 26-14 to the Lions on Monday Night Football.

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Giants vs. Raiders Week 9 Matchup NOW!

The Raiders also announced current starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will be benched and rookie Aidan O'Connell will start going forward. There is simply too much overhaul going on for us to recommend any bet on the Raiders. New York is also 2-0-1 against the spread in its last three games as it has leaned on its defense and run game. We're going to continue to back the Giants against a mess of a Raiders team.

⭐ My Best Bet: Giants +2 (-110) at FanDuel

Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles Week 9 NFL Picks

This is one of the games of the week with the Dallas Cowboys traveling to face the Philadelphia Eagles for an NFC East showdown. We're going to go with the over in what will be a matchup between two of the best offenses in the league.

Dallas is second in points per game with 28.1, while Philadelphia is third at 28 points per contest. The Eagles have the seventh-best rushing attack, averaging 132.3 yards per game and will face a Dallas defense that is 18th in rushing yards allowed per game (108.9).

Place Your NFL Picks on the Cowboys vs. Eagles Week 9 Matchup NOW!

Dallas is second in completion percentage (71%) and will go up against a Philadelphia defense that is 18th in defensive completion percentage (66%) and only 26th in passing yards allowed per game (247.5).

Both Philadelphia and Dallas' offense have advantages over what they do best over the opposing defense, so we expect plenty of points in this one between two efficient offenses.

⭐ My Best Bet: Over 46.5 (-110) at Caesars

Buffalo Bills vs. Cincinnati Bengals Week 9 NFL Picks & Odds

When it comes to small underdog spreads, Josh Allen has been profitable to back. In toss-up games where the spread is three points or less, Allen is 17-10 straight up and 17-9-1 against the spread. He's been an underdog 28 times in his career and is 16-10-2 against the spread. We're going to back Allen again and the Bills against a struggling Bengals offense.

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Bills vs. Bengals Week 9 Matchup NOW!

The Bengals are just 24th in scoring (18.7) and 28th in yards per game (276.9) and 30th in yards per play (4.5). Cincinnati's offense has been too inconsistent for us to suggest a bet on the Bengals, and given Allen's strong record as an underdog, we like the Bills.

⭐ My Best Bet: Bills +2 (-110) at bet365

Los Angeles Chargers vs. New York Jets Week 9 NFL Picks & Odds

It will be the third primetime game in four weeks for the Chargers when they travel to New York to face the Jets. Los Angeles is coming off a dominant 30-13 win over the Bears but will now face a solid Jets defense that is eighth in scoring defense (18.4).

We're going to back the Chargers because there are still concerns with the Jets offense, which is 26th in scoring (18) and 29th in yards per game (273.3). New York is also bad on third downs, ranking dead last in third-down conversion rate (22.9%).

Place Your NFL Best Bets on the Chargers vs. Jets Week 9 Matchup NOW!

One area where New York can move the ball is in the run game, where the team is third in yards per rush (4.9). But the Chargers have one of the better round defenses, ranking sixth in rushing yards allowed per game (93.4) and 10th in yards allowed per carry (3.8). We're going to back Justin Herbert and a Chargers offense that is ninth in scoring (24.9).

⭐ My Best Bet: Chargers -3 (-110) at FanDuel
