Playtech and 888 Expand Partnership in the U.S. for Live Casino and Casino
Playtech announced Thursday that it has signed a new multi-state agreement with 888 Holdings, a gaming and betting company that oversees brands such as 888, William Hill, Mr. Green, and SI Sportsbook.
More About the Deal
Through the deal, Playtech, a gambling technology company, will provide “its innovative Live Casino and random number generator (RNG) games to 888casino, starting in New Jersey with other states to follow.”
This partnership follows Playtech’s Live Casino and RNG content for 888casino in “several regulated markets” and is part of “both companies’ strategic expansion into the U.S. market.”
The live casino offerings and RNG games will “further strengthen 888casino’s unique offering.”
Shimon Akad, the COO of Playtech, and Howard Mittman, President of 888 US, both commented on the deal in a news release.
How the Companies See the Partnership
“I am thrilled that our trusted partners, 888, have chosen to take our Live Casino and RNG games across multiple states, marking another exciting step in our expansion in the U.S. Live Casino is Playtech’s newest proposition to the U.S. market and it is giving operators the opportunity to diversify their offering, resulting in great demand for our industry-leading software,” Akad said.
“We are proud to be supporting 888casino in delivering the very best online entertainment experience to its U.S. audience and we look forward to continuing this successful partnership with a market-leading operator.”
