We start our EPL best bets for Week 9 with our Liverpool vs. Everton prediction, where two of England’s fiercest rivals battle it out for a much-needed three points.

Everton has secured just one win over Liverpool in the past 23 years at Anfield, which came in front of no fans during the lockdown period in England. The Toffees have gone on to lose three times against Liverpool since then, conceding eight goals in that time and scoring just one.

Things have continued to get worse and worse for Everton, and it sits in 16th with only two wins on the board, 12 goals let in and five defeats already. In reality, another season of fighting relegation looks on the table for Everton.

As for Liverpool, it has no doubt got much better this season with 18 goals scored and five victories from its eight matches. With this in mind and combined with Everton’s dreadful form, we can’t see anything but an easy Liverpool win.

⭐ Newcastle and Arsenal to tie (+230) at Caesars 

The game of Week 11 is no doubt this one, and we take a look at our Newcastle United vs. Arsenal prediction with both sides aiming for a spot in the top three this season.

Newcastle finished only two positions below Arsenal in the Premier League table last season and it now heads into this one having beaten Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford on Wednesday. It also recorded famous wins over Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain this season, while it smashed Sheffield United 8-0.

Although the Magpies do continue to get better, Arsenal is no doubt in better form right now with seven wins on the board, 23 goals scored, only eight conceded and no losses so far.

Given Arsenal’s superior form combined with Newcastle playing at home, we’ve gone for a tie in our EPL picks for this one.

We keep our EPL predictions today going with our Tottenham vs. Chelsea prediction, but this London derby has a very different look to it compared to recent seasons.

Tottenham is stunningly sitting top of the table right now against all the odds and it has no doubt been the best team in the Premier League this season. 

Unlike previous years where Chelsea has been far better than Spurs, it sits down in 11th and has only three wins on the board and suffered four defeats from 10 games.

At Tottenham’s home turf, there is only going to be one winner here, but given how it’s a London derby, we’ve kept our mind open to a 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 win for it in this match.

This game is merely a case of how many goals Manchester City will score, as opposed to whether or not it will actually win. 

In fact, Bournemouth has never beaten City and it heads into this game off the back of scoring eight goals against it in last season's campaign and after beating rivals United 3-0 at Old Trafford last weekend.

City is now -1100 to win on the moneyline, so our EPL picks are steering away from a win for it and instead heading for Erling Haaland to keep on scoring. 

The Norwegian made it 11 goals in just 10 Premier League games by scoring two in the Manchester derby last Sunday, and his first goal that day was also the game’s first goal.

After another rampant goalscoring display, we’re backing Haaland to get the first goal once more.

Our EPL picks ends with Everton aiming to get its fourth win from the past five games, but in reality, we expect a very different outcome for it against Brighton.

The Seagulls have once again been in excellent form so far and they have scored the second most Premier League goals with 23 after winning five of their 10 matches. 

Those wins have seen Brighton beat Man United and Newcastle this campaign, while it also got a victory over the Dutch giants Ajax not long ago.

Kaoru Mitoma has been involved in six of those 23 goals with three goals and three assists, and four of those have been on the road. In another away match, we're backing the Japan international to do so once more.
