Which Star Will Feature Next On The Greatest Roast Of All Time?

Tom Brady became the latest big star to be "roasted" earlier this month when he appeared on Netflix's "The Roast of Tom Brady."

Also billed as "The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady," the special episode was the sixth most-watched Netflix show of the week from April 29 to May 5, despite only being available for less than half a day after it streamed live for three hours on Sunday, May 5.

Comedian Kevin Hart and "roast master general" Jeff Ross hosted the event, in which legendary former NFL quarterback Brady was "roasted."

During the episode, Brady was lambasted and ridiculed for three hours about subjects including his divorce from model Gisele Bündchen, losing to Eli Manning in the Super Bowl multiple times and his looks.

Following the success of Brady's roast, betting sites have been busy speculating who the next victim could be on "The Greatest Roast Of All Time" series.

Roasted Rock

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is the -150 favorite to be the next huge star to be lampooned by his peers publicly.

The pro wrestler-turned-actor would no doubt be mocked about his attempt at an NFL career, after he failed to be selected in the 1995 NFL draft, and his huge celebrity status means there would be plenty more material.

Johnson is best known as The Rock in wrestling circles, after he made his name in the WWE, and he has since made a name for himself as a Hollywood star.

He has appeared in numerous blockbusters, including "Jungle Cruise," "Baywatch," "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" and "Black Adam," in which he portrays the titular superhero.

Another big-name star who many would love to see in the hot seat is professional golfer Tiger Woods.

The top putter is +150 second favourite to take a lambasting from a host of top comedians in the no-holds-barred show.

Woods is used to topping leaderboards, but he will be glad he isn't at the summit of this market. Despite this, he isn't far behind The Rock with the bookies.

One subject that would no doubt emerge if Woods - who, in 2009, became the first athlete to earn $1 billion - was to be roasted is his cheating scandal with a number of women, which led to his split from his supermodel wife Elin Nordegren.

Woods' fellow professional golfer Rory McIlroy - who filed for divorce from his wife, Erica Stoll, just this week - could also be in contention for a celebrity roast at +300.

Kelce's Swift Bashing

Another prime target for a roast is surely NFL player Travis Kelce, with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end just +250 on betting apps to be the next roast victim.

Away from his football playing, Kelce has hit the showbiz headlines in recent months after he embarked on a relationship with pop megastar Taylor Swift.

The couple appear to be going strong, but Swift is renowned for penning break-up songs.

While there is no doubt plenty of material that could be used to roast Kelce now, Netflix may want to wait a bit just in case the pair go their separate ways, because the episode could become slightly spicier if so.

If the streaming giant does pass on Kelce, then basketball superstars LeBron James (+200) or Steph Curry (+600) could be in the firing line, or even +1000 shot John Cena, who has followed in The Rock's footsteps by swapping WWE for Hollywood acting.

Cena even poked fun at himself recently when he appeared in the nude at the Oscars to present an award.

Rodgers In Line For Roast?

Following the success of Brady's celebrity roast, Netflix may wish to continue down the NFL player route when picking their next target.

If so, Aaron Rodgers could be a popular choice, and the quarterback is just +400 to be the next star roasted.

He is already in hot water with one comedian, after Jimmy Kimmel threatened to take legal action against Rodgers earlier this year over suggestions his name could appear on disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein's client list.

Other NFL stars who could be part of Netflix bosses' next roast target conversation might include Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (+500) or retired quarterback Peyton Manning (+900).

What's more, Brady's former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is +800.
