After using FanDuel Sportsbook, I realized there’s no better online sportsbook today for a user experience. 

First, the desktop site is laid out in an easy-to-understand way, with the most critical links visible without needing to scroll. These include links to search, log in/register, get customer support, claim promotions, and more. You can also see the available promotions on an “ad carousel” toward the middle of the site. On the left side, there’s a straightforward menu with logos/icons to show what each one is. 

As I scrolled, I noticed a link to “Learn to Bet.” 

This only added to the user experience because this page, Betting 101, teaches new players about all things sports betting, including betting markets, and even goes into specifics about individual sports. There's both video and text content to learn from. 

So, not only is the user experience the best here but as a new player, there’s no sportsbook I’d recommend more. – Richard Janvrin

Offering a user-friendly experience with a wide range of betting options, BetMGM Sportsbook is a standout. The sportsbook is fun and easy to use, with smooth navigation and quick transactions. 

I particularly enjoy the numerous promotions; they are also generous with bonus tokens. 

While BetMGM doesn't offer as many parlay options as some other sportsbooks, it has a substantial variety of betting options, better odds, and slightly higher payouts. I wish they offered in-game, same-game parlays, and more variations, but the ability to place bets throughout the game is a plus.

Promotions and odds, especially for NBA player bets, were highlights.

Bonus bets are a fantastic resource to add to your virtual wallet during sports betting, and BetMGM offers one of the most significant welcome offers with a bonus bet upside. That’s a pretty enticing benefit.

It kills some momentum when you sign up for a new sportsbook, wager, and lose. Ultimately, it has nothing to do with BetMGM as a betting platform, but having this safety net provides players with a reason to return and the ability to build up their bankroll again. 

There are also other added benefits at BetMGM, like giveaways, odds boosts, profit boosts, and more. 

However, it could benefit from expanding deposit match bonuses and fixing some live betting glitches. The GeoGuard Location Validator can be cumbersome, and more player prop options would go a long way.

If you want to wager on props, there’s nowhere better than DraftKings. During my review, I found that the prop bet markets are posted for games much faster than competitors. This is important for sports like the NBA, MLB, or NHL, which play games daily. As for sports that are played weekly, like college football and the NFL, props are also posted days in advance. 

No online sportsbook has more markets or options for the props themselves. By options, I’m referring to players. The depth offered here lets you bet on superstars and players considered backups.

Having used bet365 extensively, we can see why it’s becoming a top choice among our users. Our experience confirms that bet365 performs well in several key areas.

However, fluctuating odds during live betting can be frustrating, and the absence of stats, like college basketball team rankings, was a downside.

Its bet markets need more transparent terms and conditions. For example, the NHL’s "anytime" goal scorer bets should clarify that they exclude OT goals. 

Adding a rewards program and a referral promo would be the biggest needle-movers for bet365.

Despite these minor issues, bet365 remains a top choice for its broad sports coverage and appealing offers.

Even odds, good deposit bonuses, and solid customer service are strong points, though customer support can sometimes be inconsistent.

They offer every game/player prop imaginable, making it a favorite betting destination.

Recently, ESPN added a "My Bets" integration into its core sports app so you can see ESPN BET's unique odds as you scroll through scores and updates. But it has room for improvement. It could start by allowing customizable "favorites" preferences. The lack of live betting options, like race-to-X points in basketball and extensive tennis markets, is noticeable. There's also no option to cash out early or save a loss while live betting.

However, there are occasional issues with live betting odds changing after bet submission, and a feature to "favorite" teams or leagues would be useful. Hard Rock Bet could stand to expand its daily promotions, including beefing up its loyalty program on par with its competitors.
