13:45 Cheltenham - Broadway Boy @ 11/2

After an impressive start to life over the larger obstacles, Good Risk At All heads the market here.

He opened up at around 4/1, but has since been halved in price and now trades at around the 2/1 mark, which looks short enough for a competitive novice chase.

Both Mister Coffey and Weveallbeencaught have proved difficult to win with and they have ultimately become disappointing of late so they can be avoided again.

The one that looks great value is Broadway Boy, who is currently a 11/2 shot with betting sites

He rounded off last season with an impressive handicap hurdle victory at Cheltenham over course and distance and the five-year-old opened his chasing career in the perfect fashion when beating Mofasa (who has since won) by over nine lengths at Worcester.

He followed that up with a brilliant run at Cheltenham's October meeting where he was no match for Flooring Porter but ran with credit in second and he looks a great bet to go one better and get his head in front this Saturday.

Tip: 13:45 Cheltenham - Broadway Boy to win @ 11/2 with BetVictor

14:05 Navan - Zanahiyr @ 13/8

Gordon Elliot has won the Lismullen Hurdle three times in the past six years and he should make it a fourth victory this Saturday.

The Co. Meath trainer was on fire at Down Royal last week where he won 11 races out of a possible 14 and I expect him to continue that winning form at Navan this weekend.

He saddles three runners for the Grade 2 contest and preference has to be for Zanahiyr who got his season off to a flying start when winning at Punchestown.

His closest market rival is Bob Olinger at 9/4 who hasn't won a race since the 2022 Cheltenham Festival where he was a fortunate winner.

I expect both Home By The Lee and Sire Du Berlais to need the run and the other two runners in the race don't look up to this level, so Zanahiyr looks like banker material at 13/8 with betting apps to get the job done

Tip: 14:05 Navan - Zanahiyr to win @ 13/8 with Boylesports

14:20 Cheltenham - Unexpected Party (Each-Way) @ 13/2

The Paddy Power Gold Cup is one of the highlights of the National Hunt season which has been won by some top-class horses in the past such as Al Ferof, Imperial Commander and Our Vic.

This year's race looks like a vintage renewal with a duo of 2023 Cheltenham Festival winners lining up in Stage Star and The Real Whacker which adds a touch of class to the field.

They both have big weights to carry which is no easy task and preference is for Unexpected Party who only has (10-12) on his back.

The Martaline gelding was good in novice chases last season but he took a huge step forward on his seasonal debut at Chepstow when beating Knappers Hill with ease.

Knappers Hill has since boosted the form after he bolted up in the "Rising Stars" Novices' Chase at Wincanton last weekend.

Bookmakers are paying five each-way places in this race and at odds of 13/2, Unexpected Party looks a great bet to give Dan Skelton his first Paddy Power Gold Cup winner.

Tip: 14:20 Cheltenham - Unexpected Party each-way @ 13/2 with bet365
