College Football ATS Predictions & CFB Picks for Week 7

Week 7 of the 2023 CFB season brings some super exciting matchups, so we have prepared the best college football picks against the spread for Saturday night along with the latest odds updates from the best online betting sites.

The No. 10 USC Trojans will take on the No. 21 Notre Dame Fighting Irish, who are listed as 3-point home favorites at BetMGM. According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the No. 12 North Carolina Tar Heels are 3-point favorites over the No. 25 Miami Hurricanes, while the No. 15 Oregon State Beavers take on the No. 18 UCLA Bruins as 3.5-point home favorites at Caesars. Now, let’s take a closer look at our CFB picks for Week 7.

College Football Picks Against the Spread: USC vs. Notre Dame Predictions

⭐ College Football ATS Pick 1: USC +3.0 (-110) at BetMGM

The Fighting Irish (5-2; 4-2-1 ATS) opened as 2.5-point home favorites, but that moved to Notre Dame -3.0 on Thursday morning. They are coming off a 33-20 loss at Louisville in which Notre Dame was listed as a 6.5-point road fave. The Fighting Irish committed five turnovers and gained just 298 total yards, so I’m not sure that Notre Dame is capable of satisfying the bookies’ college football predictions for Week 7.

On the other side, the Trojans (6-0; 2-4 ATS) survived a triple overtime in Week 6, outlasting Arizona 43-41 as massive 21-point home favorites. The Wildcats fought bravely and held one of the best offensive teams in the country to 365 all-purpose yards. Caleb Williams, who’s thrown for 1,822 yards, 22 touchdowns, and an interception so far this season, completed just 14 of his 25 passing attempts and tossed for 219 yards and a TD, but he also scored three times on his own.

Williams is arguably the best QB in the country by far, so I’m taking USC +3.0 (-110) at BetMGM as my best college football pick against the spread for the Trojans vs. Fighting Irish showdown. Last year, USC beat Notre Dame 38-27 as a 4.5-point home fave, and Williams rushed for three touchdowns. USC is 3-1 ATS in its last four dates with Notre Dame.

⭐ College Football ATS Pick 1: USC +3.0 (-110) at BetMGM

College Football Picks Against the Spread: UCLA vs. Oregon State Predictions

⭐  North Carolina -3.0 (-110) at FanDuel

The Hurricanes fell to 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS on the season following a shocking 23-20 home loss to Georgia Tech. Instead of taking a knee on their final play, the Hurricanes decided to run, and the Yellow Jackets forced a fumble before launching a 74-yard drive in just 25 seconds. Miami will have to recover from a huge upset, and I’m not sure the Hurricanes are the right CFB pick against the spread this coming Saturday.

The Tar Heels (5-0; 4-1 ATS), on the other side, dismantled Syracuse 40-7 in Week 6. They outgained the Orange 644-221 in total yards, and Drake Maye threw for a staggering 442 yards and three touchdowns. The Tar Heels have allowed just 44 points over their previous three outings, as their defense is showing signs of improvement, so North Carolina -3.0 (-110) at FanDuel is one of my CFB picks against the spread in Week 7.

North Carolina has dominated Miami as of late which is another reason why I’m taking the Tar Heels pick against the spread. The Hurricanes are 0-4 SU and 1-3 ATS in their previous four dates with the Tar Heels, who have beaten the number in five of their last six games overall. Miami is 4-12 ATS in its last 16 outings at any location.

⭐  College Football ATS Pick 2: North Carolina -3.0 (-110) at FanDuel

College Football ATS Picks for Week 7: UCLA vs. Oregon State Predictions

UCLA +3.5 (-110) at Caesars

The Bruins (4-1; 3-2 ATS) allow only 12.2 points (tied-8th in the nation) and 64.6 rushing yards per game (3rd). The Beavers (5-1; 4-2 ATS) surrender 19.7 points (34th) and 96.2 rushing yards (16th) per contest, so we should see a tight battle between a couple of Pac-12 Conference foes. Both teams lean on rushing. UCLA tallies 200.2 rushing yards per game (22nd), and Oregon State racks up 205.5 (15th).

With 3.5 points on the table, I’m taking the UCLA Bruins (-110) at Caesars as one of my  CFB picks for Week 7   . They are 5-2 ATS in the last seven encounters with the Beavers, and UCLA owns enough firepower to deal with Oregon State’s powerful ground game. The Bruins’ defensive unit has been nothing short of spectacular so far this season.

⭐  College Football ATS Pick 3:  UCLA +3.5 (-110) at Caesars
