PA Casinos Gaming Revenue for January Increases by 2.7%
The first month of the year marked another milestone for the PA gambling industry as the Pennsylvania Gambling Control Board announced that revenue throughout the month reached $477,151,563, setting a new record and a 2.7% increase from the previous year.
PA Online Slots Revenue Up By 21.8%
The PGCB revealed that online slots contributed $110,029,173 to the total figure, representing an increase of 21.8% when compared to the total of $90,201,543 that was generated the previous year. This confirms that PA online casinos continue to lead the way in player engagement.
Online casino games generated a total monthly gross revenue of $149,563,721 during the same month, compared to $133,119,361 in the previous year, translating to an increase of 12.35%. The highest figures recorded at Pennsylvania online casinos are broken down as follows:

PA Online Casino Landscape Set to See Further Growth
PA online casino sites have continued thriving since iGaming was legalized in 2017. With the PGCB pledging to continue building relationships with prominent gambling brands like Games Global and EveryMatrix. Land based casinos have also managed to increase their revenue, with a year-over-year increase of 1.6%.
