Roxor Gaming Fully Licensed to Operate in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Gambling Board (PGCB) has now granted a full license to Roxor Gaming, allowing the company to enter the PA online casinos scene as part of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. Roxor had initially been granted an interim gaming license back in December 2023.

PGCB Successfully Concludes Investigations

The PGCB had granted Roxor Gaming an interim license until it concluded investigations into whether the company could 100% comply with the terms required of all gambling operations within the state of Pennsylvania.

During the Board’s last monthly meeting it announced that it had concluded the investigations, and it was fully satisfied that it could look forward to a fruitful working relationship with Roxor.

The interim license is intended to offer a gaming company the opportunity to start operating with the Keystone State until the Board reaches its final conclusions. It is only granted when the Board is satisfied that, at first glance, there are no impediments to the license being granted. Most recently, EveryMatrix concluded the interim license stage successfully and was granted a full license.

Aristocrat Strengthens Presence in PA Thanks to Roxor License

Roxor was founded in 2019 but was bought by Aristocrat Leisure last September. Although Aristocrat already has partnerships with leading PA online casinos like BetMGM, FanDuel and Borgata, this will enable it to establish a larger footprint within the state. The license will see the introduction of fan favorite Roxor slots like Around The Reels In 80 Wilds, Diamond Stack, Double Bubble Megaways, and Frogs Of Riches Megaways.
