How to Read NFL OROY Odds

The NFL OROY odds above indicate the likelihood of an individual player to be named the Offensive Rookie of the Year for the season. NFL OROY odds fluctuate throughout the season based on players' performances, injuries, and other factors.

These odds are presented in the moneyline format.

Negative odds indicate the favorite(s) to win the NFL OROY award. If a player's odds were -150, for example, you would need to bet $150 to win $100. The lower the number, the more heavily favored that player is to win.

Positive odds indicate the underdogs to win the award. If a player's odds were +600 and you bet $100 on that player, you would win $600 if they won.

The Bears' Caleb Williams is the overwhelming preseason favorite to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year, which would make him the fourth quarterback in six years to win the award. This year's rookie class is loaded with talented quarterbacks that will give him a run for his money. A trio of wideouts (Marvin Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers, and Xavier Worthy) will make their case too.

Other notable NFL OROY trends and facts:

  • Hall of Fame running back Jim Brown is the only player ever to win OROY and MVP in the same season.
  • Historically, running backs have dominated the category. But no backs have won since 2018 (Saquon Barkley).
  • Only three players have won OROY unanimously: Marcus Allen (1982), Anquan Boldin (2003), and Ben Roethlisberger (2004).
