England's first major domestic trophy is up for grabs on Sunday, as Manchester United and Newcastle United look to end a painful drought without any silverware.

It has been six years for the Red Devils since last winning a trophy. However, given their stature compared to Newcastle, it allows the Magpies’ 68-year wait for a winner's medal to ease past our minds ahead of this EFL Cup final at Wembley.

To assist you in your soccer betting, here are our picks for Sunday's League Cup final.

Marcus Rashford to Score

There can be no two ways about it right now: Marcus Rashford is the most in-form player in world soccer. The United hero is currently on a better goals-per-game ratio than everyone in Europe since the World Cup, including Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.

Rashford has scored 24 times this season after scoring twice against Leicester City last weekend. It means it’s the best goalscoring season in his career, and we expect him to get another goal this Sunday.

Rashford scored four of his England goals at Wembley and even got a winning goal against Tottenham Hotspur on this ground a few years back.

BETTING PICK: Marcus Rashford to score anytime is +180 with FanDuel.

Manchester United to Win

United is the favorite to win this EFL Cup final at -154, and after such an incredible winning run in England, we expect it to lift the trophy on Sunday.

Erik ten Hag has a seven-game winning run since losing to Arsenal last month, which included a 5-0 win in the semifinals across two legs against Nottingham Forest in this competition. It would be disastrous if the Dutchman failed to land silverware on Sunday.

Newcastle has never won the League Cup and is set to be without its star goalkeeper, Nick Pope. The shot-stopper was sent off last weekend against Liverpool and is now suspended for this game, and in truth, Bruno Fernandes and Rashford could have a field day with shooting.

BETTING PICK: Manchester United to win 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 is +360 with FanDuel.

Manchester United to Rack up Some Corners

In the past three games before United’s Europa League clash with Barcelona on Thursday, United has racked up 13 corners. Now, on the bigger Wembley pitch and Newcastle’s defense taking a hit, the Red Devils should again get quite a few corners throughout the 90 minutes.

Ten Hag will also likely instruct players like Fernandes, Casemiro, Rashford and Wout Weghorst to get plenty of shots away, as Newcastle is without its main goalkeeper. Wembley is also infamously much bigger than most European pitches, allowing more space for United to operate.

BETTING PICK: Manchester United to have over 5.5 corners is +115 with DraftKings.
