Arsenal Transfer Odds: Who Will The Gunners Sign This Summer?
After a second-place finish in the Premier League last season, the best betting sites expect Arsenal to strengthen their squad this summer.
The Gunners will be back in the Champions League next term and Mikel Arteta will want to see his side mount another challenge for the title.
In order to keep up with Manchester City, Arsenal must look to add greater strength in depth to the ranks.
They may also need to replace some outgoing players, with Granit Xhaka an example of someone who could be on the way out of the Emirates Stadium before the start of the 2023/24 campaign.
So, who might Arsenal sign ahead of next season? You can find the latest betting odds below.
Rice Could Be On Way To North London
Rice batted away questions about his future after West Ham United’s 2-1 victory over Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final.
It was a shame that, in a moment of glory, he was even being asked about transfer speculation, but there is no longer any doubt that Rice will seek pastures new this summer.
Arsenal are in pole position to land him. That would not have been the case a year ago after they had just finished fifth in the Premier League, but their exploits in 2022/23 have made the Gunners a more attractive destination again.
Declan Rice wants to stay in London and Arsenal will be the only club from the capital in the Champions League next term. They are odds-on at 2/5 to sign the England international.
Arsenal Could Renew Interest In Caicedo
Arsenal pushed hard to acquire Moises Caicedo in the January transfer window, having already bought his erstwhile Brighton & Hove Albion team-mate Leandro Trossard.
The Seagulls dug in their heels though, and the Ecuadorian ended up putting pen to paper on a new contract.
Reports suggest that the deal contains a release clause, so we cannot rule out Caicedo departing before the start of next season.
Arsenal could go back in for the midfielder, who will no doubt have numerous other suitors across Europe.
Arsenal are given a 7/4 shot of signing Caicedo, but it could come down to how much money they have to spend this summer.
Zaha Or Vlahovic Could Bolster Arsenal Attack
Wilfried Zaha has a big decision to make about his footballing future in the next few weeks.
Out of contract at Crystal Palace on June 30, the Ivory Coast international has been offered a lucrative new deal to remain with his boyhood club. There is also interest from Saudi Arabia too.
Zaha’s preference would probably be to join a club in the Champions League.
Arsenal have tried to sign him in the past, most memorably in 2019 when they ultimately plumped for Nicolas Pepe instead. They do not appear to be considering a swoop right now, though, hence a price of 16/1.
Dusan Vlahovic, the Juventus centre-forward, is also available at the same odds of 16/1 with football betting sites.
The Serbia international may well end up in the Premier League, but it would be a surprise if he ended up at Arsenal given Gabriel Jesus’ status as their first-choice striker.
Leicester Duo Could Emerge As Targets
Leicester City’s relegation from the Premier League could lead to a mass exodus at the King Power Stadium.
Youri Tielemans and James Maddison are two of the players who will be on the move, and Arsenal are available at 8/1 and 12/1 respectively to buy them.
Tielemans is available on a free transfer and he would be an excellent addition, not least because he would presumably be content to share minutes with other midfielders if needed.
James Maddison has been linked with Arsenal in previous transfer windows but they do not appear to be at the front of the queue for his signature right now. Watch this space, though.
Mane And Osimhen Unlikely To End Up At Arsenal
Odds are also available on Mason Mount (16/1), Sadio Mane (20/1) and Victor Osimhen (30/1), but none of that trio looks set to move to the red and white half of north London.
Mason Mount looks set to join Manchester United this summer, unless Chelsea can persuade him to stay.
Mane has just endured a disappointing campaign at Bayern Munich and could be on the move, but he is now the wrong side of 30 and would probably not get into Arsenal’s XI.
As for Victor Osimhen, he will join a club where he is guaranteed to start up front week in, week out - if he leaves Napoli at all.
